INTRODUCTION
The S.Sukhjinder Singh Memorial Education society began the pharmacy program (both Allopathy and Ayurvedic ) in 2005 at Gurdaspur .
The Ayurvedic D-Pharmacy Course at Sukhjinder Group Pharmacy College started in 2005.

Academic & Practical Activities
The activities of D-Pharmacy (Ayurveda) program related to Yoga and Medicine .
1. Preparations of Ayurvedic Medicines
- Making rationale formulation like churnas, kashayams,asavas and tailas.
- Understanding how these support detoxification, balance dashes and improve vitality.
2. Basic of yoga and its therapeutic use
- Introduction to Yogs philosophy(Paatanjali Yoga Sutras)
- Learning about Asanas, Pranayama and meditation techniques.
- Understanding how yoga complements Ayurvedic treatments.
3. Panchakarma and Yoga
- Learning detox therapies in Ayurveda and their support through Yoga.
- Using Yoga Postures and breathing techniques to enhance Panchakarma efficacy.
