Our Hiring & Onboarding Process
- Resume Shortlisting — HR screens applications based on qualification and experience.
- Interview Rounds — Face-to-face or virtual interview with department head / management.
- Demo Class or Task (if applicable) — For teaching roles, a demo lecture may be requested.
- Selection & Offer — Selected candidates receive a formal offer letter with details of role, salary & joining date.
- Orientation & Integration — Join our team and receive induction, access to campus facilities, and support for smooth onboarding.
